Responsibility

  • preparation and management of all company accounts and day-to-day running of our accounts
  • adhering to company policies, operational procedures, and Health & Safety regulations at all times
  • monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • prepare & submit VAT submissions
  • manage cash flows and budget reports
  • assist in developing budgets and financial plans for the company
  • ensure timely processing of payroll and pension data
  • liaising with clients and accountants to resolve queries via phone and email. Managing financial deadlines

Requirements

  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A high degree of attention to detail is essential
  • ability to work alone or in a team environment
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • bookkeeping: 3 years
