Responsibility
- solving homes LIMITED are a new and exciting supported living service registered with CQC. Based in GREENWICH
- all shifts available AM, PM, WAKING NIGHT
- we are looking for EXPERIENCED Support Workers who demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach caring for service users with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
- you will be providing care to residents in a supported living home, as well as supporting them to take part in a number of activities such as climbing, walking, gardening, shopping trips and meals out
- if you have the right values and skills, this is a position which will provide opportunities for progression to senior positions as our business grows
- we provide extensive training programmes and support in the role including funding to enrol on higher NVQ health and social care levels and specialist training courses
