- at least a bachelor’s degree is required, in businesses related fields are preferred
- excellent ability to gather market information and develop sales and marketing plan, especially for Asia Pacific region
- proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- oversea experiences with good cultural know-how to communicate with customers from Asia Pacific countries is preferred
- frequent travels between regions will be needed
