Responsibility
ensuring timely progression of all conveyancing transactions through effective communication with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
managing the post-completion process, including preparing completion statements and liaising with Land Registry
carrying out searches and due diligence checks as required
drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents, and ensuring accuracy and completeness
maintaining client files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and complete along with other appropriate administrative tasks
Requirements
at least 2 years previous experience in a conveyancing support role, with a good understanding of the conveyancing process
strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
excellent attention to detail and accuracy
strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders
knowledge of case management software is desirable but not essential
