SOLOMONS SOLICITORS is looking for employees for positions:

senior administrator

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • ensuring timely progression of all conveyancing transactions through effective communication with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
  • managing the post-completion process, including preparing completion statements and liaising with Land Registry
  • carrying out searches and due diligence checks as required
  • drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents, and ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • maintaining client files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and complete along with other appropriate administrative tasks

Requirements

  • at least 2 years previous experience in a conveyancing support role, with a good understanding of the conveyancing process
  • strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • knowledge of case management software is desirable but not essential
