Responsibility
customer, supplier and stakeholder management
answering customer calls and correspondences
data integrity and management including ownership, management and development of a number of key business data files
resolving customer warranty claims in a timely and courteous manner so that the twin objectives of customer service and cost to the company are balanced
scheduling and completion of regular monthly tasks on a range of different MS Excel spreadsheets to ensure that deadlines are met and accurate reports are then produced, checked, approved and passed to the Accounts team
Requirements
A highly proficient MS Excel user with experience gained from extensive use of this software
effective and collaborative team working
confident and situationally-appropriate verbal and written communications
customer service skills and experience
data analysis and numeracy skills
A minimum of 3 years operational, office-based business experience
