Responsibility

  • solo Service Group are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Health and Safety Officer to join our support team
  • providing Health and Safety advice to the management team across the business
  • have a good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation requirements
  • support the Health and Safety manager with conducting Incident investigations and assist with any RIDDOR requirements
  • updating safety policies, and document control systems
  • as a Health and Safety Officer you will be providing support to the Health & Safety Manager in carrying out annual H&S audits and providing support to the management team to enable them to comply with legal and best practice requirements relating to Health, Safety and Wellbeing
  • carrying out Health & Safety audits, training, and toolbox talks
  • undertake risk assessments
