Requirements

  • strong communication skills
  • ability to read drawings such as Auto/CAD

Responsibility

  • organising the team to deliver high-quality work and relevant quality controls
  • maintaining and developing good housekeeping within the workshop area
  • ensuring all relevant health and safety protocols have been adhered to
  • coordinating and overseeing the workflow through the workshop in particular with machinery such as Computer Numerical Control and other specialist carpentry equipment
  • being responsible for the team on the shop floor, including production planning , quality control, scheduling and liaising with project managers/clients
