Responsibility
- management of HR strategies, providing clear development paths and routes to progression, to help employees develop and grow within the business
- maintaining personnel records, managing dispute resolution, disciplinaries, absence management, chairing review meetings, and so on
- preparing monthly reports for the senior leadership team, as well as ad-hoc reports where required
- overseeing recruitment, induction and onboarding of new employees
- managing benefits, performance management and appraisals
- keeping abreast of UK employment law and HR practices, with an interest in international employment laws
- managing payroll, including employee compensation , salary benchmarking and reviews
- ensuring compliance with data retention regulations when filing documents, carrying out tax year end processes and issuing payslips etc. to employees
