The role will be a hybrid model from our Cube location in Birmingham. What do the roles involve? As an AML Investigation Manager, you will have an integral role in leading and managing a team of AML Investigation Officers. AML Investigation Officers assess and investigate reports about alleged breaches of the relevant money laundering and sanctions regulations, which could lead to a finding of serious professional misconduct and breaches of our own rules. You will provide support, development, technical expertise and case direction to AML Investigation Officers, who work on some of the most serious and complex investigations within the SRA. This is a people management position which will require you to use both your management and leadership skills to nurture your team and develop them to become high performers. You will give support and guidance to your team to make sure quality results are delivered against set objectives/KPIs and that exceptional levels of customer (both internal and external) experience are demonstrated.
