Responsibility

  • liaising with suppliers via phone and email, resolving queries
  • daily processing of invoices
  • solar Windows Ltd is Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team, based at our Head Office in Caerphilly. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller
  • coding, matching, and batching of invoices
  • preparing weekly payments
  • reconciliations
  • liaising with various departments within the organisation
  • ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • previous Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable experience
  • familiarity with Sage 50 accounts
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • good communication skills
  • able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • accounts Payable Occupations: 1 year
  • purchase ledger: 1 year
