Responsibility
- support Marketing Director in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and programs to engage prospects and customers in the hotel vertical
- gain a deep understanding of the target audiences, personas, key markets, and needs across the hotels vertical
- support crafting and executing agency strategy, messaging, and narrative
- tap into Sojern’s insights to help create compelling stories for the hotel vertical via Sojern’s blog, collateral, reports, etc
- become a strategic asset to the team by attending sales meetings and client calls to learn about our customers goals, challenges, and opportunities and keep up-to-date customer profiles for each of our key accounts
- support the creation of new sales narratives, pitch decks, emails, and more, supporting our sales team in closing multi-million dollar accounts
- create awareness across the travel marketing ecosystem of our products through a wide range of B2B channels including events, content creation, newsletters, webinars, social, website, partnership programs, etc
- conduct surveys and collect feedback from Sales teams to improve marketing collateral and presentations
