Responsibility

  • request fibre supplier quotes and negotiate pricing
  • conduct project kick-off meetings to capture and understand the requirements of the service delivery
  • raise supplier orders and equipment purchase requests within the project budget
  • organise site surveys and access between the supplier & customer
  • manage delivery logistics between the project stakeholders to meet customer delivery deadlines
  • manage Service delivery communications, ensuring the customer is updated regularly on the progress of the service delivery
  • troubleshoot delivery issues as they arise
  • escalate customer orders that are failing to meet delivery deadlines
