experienced House Keeping Team Leader wanted to lead , develop and work alongside the house keeping team , taking daily instruction from the General Manager at a 30 bedroom boutique hotel and members club with a very rock 'n' roll and high profile clientele in the heart of the West End
ideal position for someone who does not want to work in a corporate hotel environment , we very much have our own unique way of doing things
duties will include daily cleaning of a couple of the hotel bedrooms , monitoring linen , laundry , mini bars , cleaning products , over seeing and inspecting junior team members performance , room checks and making sure that they meet the high standards expected at the hotel .Producing weekly rota's , confirming staff hours for payroll and training new employees
this is very much a hands on position and the successful candidate will be expected on an everyday basis to actively inspect and assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of guest bedrooms , making beds , changing towels , cleaning showers , baths and toilets , and cleaning and sanitizing communal areas in corridors , hotel reception , restaurant and bars
THIS POSITION IS NOT ADMINISTRATIVE OR OFFICE BASED. The House Keeping Team Leader as well as room checks will clean alongside with the rest of the House Keeping Department on a daily basis
