Requirements
- must be able to follow daily/weekly/monthly cleaning regimes
- must be able to use own initiative and prioritise work activities
- can demonstrate working within Health and Safety guidelines
- due to the physical nature of the role, be able to daily walk around a large work area/multiple buildings, bending, kneeling, lifting whilst using cleaning materials and PPE
- must have previous customer service skills or experience as this is a customer facing role cleaning work areas where SOG clients/customers are present
Responsibility
- report any hazards/customer issues/complaints promptly to ensure they can be dealt with efficiently
- ensure cleaning is carried out in line with the agreed schedule, using the correct equipment and products as instructed
- demonstrate a commitment to high standards of Health, Safety and Hygiene, in particular laboratories or workshops and wear correct PPE for the task
