this is a full time role, 40 hours per week and you will be required every other weekend, as the centre will be open 7 days a week

we are looking for a highly driven and organised Manager to lead our team at WeePlay Soft Play Centre soft play centre, who is able to perform under pressure to effectively manage every potential situation and have excellent communication skills with a desire to improve the business You will be directly responsible for; - Managing the daily operations - Managing a team of up to 22 staff - Ensuring operational standards are maintained - Customer issues are addressed promptly - Stock orders - Managing open and close procedures - Completing weekly rota's/managing annual leave requests - Training, coaching and development of team - Recruitment - First Aider - Motivating and engaging the team to deliver excellent customer service - Leading by example on all policies and procedures - Management of Children's parties This is a full time position working 5 days a week, 10am–6pm, or 8.30pm finish on a private function
