Requirements

  • proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and design principles, preferred
  • ability to work in a team and independently
  • proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
  • physical ability to move and arrange furniture

warehouse supervisor

Working hours

Responsibility

  • manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including overseeing all stock movements
  • lead end-to-end management of returns
  • collaborate with our 3PL to schedule inbounds and log missing/damaged items
  • supervise and lead 2 x delivery teams
  • communicate with other departments
  • report weekly on stock levels and other relevant information
  • investigate and resolve any issues that arise

Responsibility

  • create and develop visually striking graphics for a range of marketing materials including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and print
  • create and develop content for the website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and enhances the user experience
  • maintain and evolve Sofa Club’s visual brand identity
  • collaborate with the e-commerce team to design engaging and user-friendly web pages
  • work closely with the content team to produce creative assets that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals
  • ensure all designs are on-brand, on-message, and delivered on time
  • adapt and resize creative assets for various formats and channels
  • stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Sofa Club remains visually innovative
