- you will need to be creative, resourceful and have excellent communication and written skills
- we offer excellent induction and paid CPD training
- we also pay for your DBS
- we are looking for patient and committed individuals that can work with the above clients in Ealing, Greenford, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Acton, Brent, Westminster, Islington, Camden, Enfield, Hackney and Waltham Forrest
- some of the work will be building based and some of the work will be in the community, leisure based and supporting with different activities
- you will be required to either work 1:1 2:1 or as part of a small group up to 4 clients
- we are looking for people who have an interest in working with people with autism and individuals who's behaviour can be challenging
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
- GCSE or equivalent
