Responsibility
- snow is looking a Manager to join our Value Consulting Organisation
- an amount of personal delivery work is expected, typically on the larger and/or more complex projects
- key Responsibilities
- it is a pivotal management role for ensuring high quality and efficient shaping and delivery of Snow Professional Services to Snow’s Customers and Partners in support of them achieving their desired business outcomes with Snow’s software products
- the role will lead Value Consulting team members, nurturing and developing the Value Consulting function covering both technical and business resources and the constituent individual Consultants, ensuring tight cohesion with international colleagues and driving professional presentation of our capabilities pre-sale and the subsequent high quality results to our Customers and Partners
- then drive Team adherence to those processes on an ongoing basis
- people-Management: provide leadership to, and personal management of, Team members, with the associated responsibility for Grow Talks
Requirements
- previous experience of managing teams
- experience working with SaaS and knowledge of cloud technologies a bonus
- experience with advisory consulting, customer presentations, business documentation and account management
- be a strong team player, assisting and motivating the overall team and peers to achieve success
