I have worked with SNM for past 4 years. Previously been with other DSPs. Never had issues with my payments, they always kept me informed, had access to my invoices breakdown, performance etc. Managers were being decent with us. Best DSP that I have been part of. I did like their newsletters, Sunday perks, occasional pizza and Peak ruffles. I won a tv once.

Company is not ran well. You will work like a slave if you join but good luck if you choose to. You will not get paid correctly and they 'look after' their own.

I am a Foreign and Commonwealth Veteran and I applied for a job with them. The lady plainly told me that they wont accept my right of work in the UK because I dont have a sharecode. Basically do not apply with them unless you have paperwork that suits them and not cause them any inconvenience. This is very much so discrimination even though I have full rights to work in the UK.
