- you will run credit checks with new customers and pro-actively seek overdue payments via telephone
- A further advantage is previous skills within a customer service contact centre or Credit Controller position
- we are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller/Account Assistant at SNAP Account, working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm on a permanent basis
- good attention to detail is essential for the post of Credit Controller/Account Assistant along with excellent organisational and effective communication skills
- reporting to the Senior Credit Controller your primary responsibilities will be to post and allocate sales ledger cash, handle customer email and telephone queries while sending statements and reminder letters
- you should be approachable and trustworthy while being able to have good situational adaptability

- in this position as a Credit Controller/Account Assistant you will have responsibility for your own customers and undertake further ad-hoc project work on occasions
