- supervise daily warehouse operations with a focus on e-commerce order fulfilment, goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch
- ensure same-day or next-day order processing targets are met to maintain customer satisfaction and delivery SLAs
- monitor and improve packing and dispatch processes for efficiency while reducing errors and returns
- oversee the organisation of pick locations and replenish stock in alignment with fast-moving SKUs
- utilise warehouse management systems to track orders, stock, and productivity
- manage and develop the warehouse team, providing training, support, and clear direction
- maintain accurate stock counts through regular cycle counts and promptly investigate & resolve discrepancies
