- conduct HR audits within UK stores and distribution centres ensuring compliance across a range of different criteria
- to work closely with line managers offering advice in line with legislation
- support the management for maternity leave processes as well as flexible working applications
- attend investigation, disciplinary and grievance meetings as and when needed
- generally, to act as a central point of contact for managers and all employees
