Responsibility
- lead generation & internal sales support
- search daily for projects on external system database and other media
- download relevant projects and import into internal CRM system
- track projects through all stages by regular phone and email contact and update internal CRM system assigning to Technical Sales Managers
- develop relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, suppliers and other key decision makers
- communicate/liaise with Technical Sales Managers to ensure hand over of projects with detailed information
- research new market sectors for future business development opportunities
- processing and management of all incoming orders including liaison with both accounts and warehouse departments

- excellent communication skills
- previous experience of having worked within a sales support role
- confident in liaising with people at all levels
