  • preparing salads, vegetables, making house sauces and rubs to the secret SMOQE recipes
  • making sure the burger toppings are replenished intraday especially during busy periods
  • cleanliness is key so both prep and cooking workstations must be cleaned intra day and cleaned down each evening
  • above all we are looking for a charismatic bubbly chef who takes pride in the food they serve
  • experience would be an advantage but we are happy to give training
  • the role requires both the preparation, cooking and building of the dishes to include prepping the beef, pork and chicken ready for cooking
