SMOOTH ACCOUNTING is looking for employees for positions:
- preparation of accounts, corporate and personal tax returns to review stage with minimal review points and no manager assistance
- review of management accounts so they can be sent straight to the client
- review of basic share change paperwork & precreation of advanced share paperwork
- assisting junior team members with queries Appropriate delegation of tasks assigned to the correct team members
- preparation of accountant’s reference for clients
- dealing with ad-hoc client queries Identify areas of improvements in client records and tax planning opportunities
- identify new services to assist clients
- to hit quantity and quality KPI’s as set out by the business
