pay depends on experience and a trial will be given initially
we are looking for either an experienced or trainee chef/sous chef who Will perform both rolls as head chef on days and some days as sous chef plating up/prepping etc
at smoked we smoke all our food but this aspect of the job will be taught once the applicant is confident using the grill And cooking all our dishes
the hours will vary to start with depending on experience but shifts Will be split as we will be open 7 days a week from July from 12 noon till 10pm
eventually we Are looking for the applicants to be confident enough to be the head chef when our main chef is off

part-time hours: 20-40 per week
