Responsibility

  • candidates should be comfortable working both on there own and as part of a team
  • you should have a keen eye for detail and be willing to show initiative-immediate start is available
  • we are looking for a confident supervisor bartender that is passionate, efficient, hard working, great at cocktails with great banter and fantastic customer service, able to work during the week and weekends
  • we are a small cocktail bar in leith with a quirky vibe, you will be the sole bartender on shifts during the week so must be confident to open and close the bar, we are closed on a Sunday and Monday at the moment so no Sunday working, all tips are yours
  • job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  • part-time hours: 20-36 per week
  • experience in a similar role is required but training will be given! Ideal candidate should have experience working in a bar environment and able to cope under pressure, training On all our cocktails will be given also
