SMITH TUNBRIDGE AYRES is looking for employees for positions:
- update and ensure the accuracy of internal spreadsheets with new claim data and progress updates
- setting up new claim folders
- processing claims, completing a desk top analysis of apparatus and compensation in accordance with internal and Distribution Network procedure
- resolve queries in respect of apparatus or boundary discrepancies
- preparation and issue of Wayleave Agreements and Plans
- to provide support to the wayleave team as required to ensure standards are met
- to establish good client relationships with Agents and Distribution Network Operators
- preparation of Legal Instructions to include Heads of Terms and Plans
- whilst a technical role previous experience is not required with full training provided on the process
- ideally but not essentially have previous experience of a similar role
- preferably RICS qualified with a Property/Law degree and a number of years of experience
- preferably an RICS accredited or Property/Law degree
- enthusiasm and self managing attitude are essential
- ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal are integral to the role
- capable of working remotely and with little supervision as required
- capable of working remotely and without supervision
- effective time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritise work
- preparation of inspection packs
- arranging property inspections
