Responsibility
- update and ensure the accuracy of internal spreadsheets with new claim data and progress updates
- setting up new claim folders
- processing claims, completing a desk top analysis of apparatus and compensation in accordance with internal and Distribution Network procedure
- resolve queries in respect of apparatus or boundary discrepancies
- preparation and issue of Wayleave Agreements and Plans
- to provide support to the wayleave team as required to ensure standards are met
- to establish good client relationships with Agents and Distribution Network Operators
- preparation of Legal Instructions to include Heads of Terms and Plans
Requirements
- whilst a technical role previous experience is not required with full training provided on the process
