Responsibility

  • update and ensure the accuracy of internal spreadsheets with new claim data and progress updates
  • setting up new claim folders
  • processing claims, completing a desk top analysis of apparatus and compensation in accordance with internal and Distribution Network procedure
  • resolve queries in respect of apparatus or boundary discrepancies
  • preparation and issue of Wayleave Agreements and Plans
  • to provide support to the wayleave team as required to ensure standards are met
  • to establish good client relationships with Agents and Distribution Network Operators
  • preparation of Legal Instructions to include Heads of Terms and Plans

Requirements

  • whilst a technical role previous experience is not required with full training provided on the process

Requirements

  • ideally but not essentially have previous experience of a similar role
  • preferably RICS qualified with a Property/Law degree and a number of years of experience
  • preferably an RICS accredited or Property/Law degree
  • enthusiasm and self managing attitude are essential
  • ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal are integral to the role
  • capable of working remotely and with little supervision as required
  • capable of working remotely and without supervision
  • effective time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritise work

Responsibility

  • preparation of inspection packs
  • arranging property inspections
