Responsibility

  • providing excellent customer service and coordinating diary management within the healthcare setting
  • maintain accurate client records and participate in the end-to-end process
  • lead and inspire teams to provide residents with exceptional experiences that encourage choice and independence to positively change their lives
  • delivering the highest possible standards of care and enhancing the resident experience
  • communicate personally with residents, their families and visitors to improve their quality of life
  • represents the overall management of care, including reporting, budgeting, and quality of life monitoring
  • helps ensure the facilities provided are compliant with regulations set by the CQC. For example, hygiene, confidentiality, customer service, health and safety
  • support employees attending training days and courses to ensure learning records are maintained and personal growth is maintained

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills
  • excellent management skills
  • NVQ level 3-4 mandatory or equivalent
  • registered Nurse experience with Team Management/ Minimum 1 year of Supervisor experience
  • knowledge of product and knowledge of clients
  • experience in Staff recruitment
  • supervising: 1 year
  • ability to work under own initiative or within a team
