prompt response to and action on complaints identified by the clients and our head office compliance team
building good working relationships
observation of and strict adherence to SMILE Fundraisings policies and procedures
performance management of fundraisers
observation of and strict adherence to the Fundraising Regulator Code of Conduct, Fundraising Promise and Code of Practice for Door-To-Door and Private Site Fundraising

Requirements

the successful candidate will
have an ethical professional character that always displays honesty and integrity
possess tact, diplomacy, and assertiveness to inspire, build confidence and motivate team members in a changing environment
be a problem solver, able to prioritise, manage risks and improve performance
be able to thrive in a changeable environment and meet the challenges of a multi-site field fundraising region
be Socially confident with strong interpersonal skills
