- building good working relationships
- observation of and strict adherence to SMILE Fundraisings policies and procedures
- performance management of fundraisers
- observation of and strict adherence to the Fundraising Regulator Code of Conduct, Fundraising Promise and Code of Practice for Door-To-Door and Private Site Fundraising
Requirements
- the successful candidate will
- have an ethical professional character that always displays honesty and integrity
- possess tact, diplomacy, and assertiveness to inspire, build confidence and motivate team members in a changing environment
- be a problem solver, able to prioritise, manage risks and improve performance
- be able to thrive in a changeable environment and meet the challenges of a multi-site field fundraising region
- be Socially confident with strong interpersonal skills
- this role would suit an experienced Face to Face Fundraising Manager or an established team leader looking to take that next step into management
