Responsibility
- ensure all customer processes are followed for exports
- manage the team, manage all email communication with senior planners
- support senior planners with requested activity, including, but not exhaustive, contacting drivers, subcontractors, communicating the plan to everyone involved
- deliver plans and communicate any relevant issues to the relevant person
- customer service
- support planners with driver’s hours and timesheet management
- report to the Vice CEO
- promoting the business and calling new and existing clients for reloads, as this is an essential part of the role for the planners, so you will be expected to help out when necessary
