Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for managing and prioritising various tasks, coordinating executive communications, and handling confidential information
  • as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of their office
  • your professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Managing Director's office
  • calendar and Schedule Management: Effectively manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources
  • meeting Coordination and Support: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Attend meetings, take accurate notes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • office Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the managing director’s office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and technology. Coordinate with relevant departments for maintenance and repairs as needed

Requirements

  • proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • proficiency in using office productivity software and familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools
  • strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
