your professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Managing Director's office
calendar and Schedule Management: Effectively manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources
meeting Coordination and Support: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Attend meetings, take accurate notes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
office Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the managing director’s office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and technology. Coordinate with relevant departments for maintenance and repairs as needed
Requirements
proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
proficiency in using office productivity software and familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools
strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
