manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the 3PL, warehousing, and logistics sectors
client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
solution Selling: Offer tailored warehousing and logistics solutions to clients, demonstrating the value SMB Storage & Distribution can provide
market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights to the team
sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success
Requirements
proven sales experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
excellent communication and negotiation skills
strong understanding of industry trends and client needs
self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
B2B sales: 3 years
supervising experience: 1 year
customer service: 1 year
Education
GCSE or equivalent
