  • solution Selling: Offer tailored warehousing and logistics solutions to clients, demonstrating the value SMB Storage & Distribution can provide
  • market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights to the team
  • sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success

Requirements

  • proven sales experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • strong understanding of industry trends and client needs
  • self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
  • B2B sales: 3 years
  • supervising experience: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
