Responsibility
- manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions from start to finish
- review and draft legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
- conduct title searches and ensure the property has a clear title
- coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- prepare and submit necessary paperwork to government agencies for property registration
- calculate and collect taxes, fees, and other costs associated with the transaction
- provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property laws and regulations
- maintain accurate records of all transactions
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential Conveyancer or similar role
- strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and conveyancing processes
- proficient in conducting title searches and reviewing legal documents
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
