  • opening and closing shifts
  • leading and working alongside the team during shifts ensuring a smooth running of service
  • ensuring that the restaurant provides a safe environment for both staff and customers
  • hands on approach in the Kitchen is a necessity; Kitchen experience is advantageous
  • being on top of the KPI's and knowing how to read and manage a P&L
  • passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard, you will be taking pride in all that you do
