Responsibility

  • set up kitchen equipment and utensils for service use
  • follow recipes, but changing the size of portions or the order of dishes will be required during service
  • wash and sanitize dishes, equipment and utensils
  • maintain a clean and orderly kitchen when we are not open. Wipe down counters, appliances, tables, chairs etc
  • prepare stock and keep kitchen supplies organized
  • store food products in storage or in refrigerators/freezers
  • ensure great customer service and communicate effectively with customers
