Responsibility
- prepare food for service
- set up kitchen equipment and utensils for service use
- follow recipes, but changing the size of portions or the order of dishes will be required during service
- wash and sanitize dishes, equipment and utensils
- maintain a clean and orderly kitchen when we are not open. Wipe down counters, appliances, tables, chairs etc
- prepare stock and keep kitchen supplies organized
- store food products in storage or in refrigerators/freezers
- ensure great customer service and communicate effectively with customers
