Responsibility
- lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions
- manage workloads and resourcing levels for your team
- collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews, writing tests, and documenting your work
- provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- ensure contracts and SLAs are upheld for support and maintenance
- stay abreast of emerging technology trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team
- contribute to the strategic planning of the company's technology roadmap
Requirements
- bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- proficiency in C# , ReactJs, and SQL
- experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory/Entra, and Microsoft Graph
- strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- sysadmin experience with the above
- microsoft certifications
- excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and creatively
