Responsibility
- support our marketing campaign by engaging potential customers in dialogue that could open further opportunities for the sales team
- source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, and emails as well as responding to incoming traffic from the company website
- pre-qualify prospects and identify decision-makers based on the ideal customer profile
- prepare for the prospect calls including company background research
- enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities keeping detailed records of calls and making a note of any useful information
Requirements
- previous telemarketing experience is essential
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
- ability to make a high volume of telephone calls
