Responsibility

  • develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive retention strategies to maximize customer loyalty and reduce attrition
  • monitor client satisfaction levels and develop programs to enhance positive customer experience
  • liaise with cross-functional teams to implement client retention initiatives and improve overall client experience
  • analyze customer behaviour's and trends, and propose actionable strategies for improvement
  • prepare and present reports on customer retention and satisfaction to the Board
  • monitor competitors' retention strategies and market trends
  • collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the SaaS industry
  • proven track record of developing and implementing successful retention strategies
  • exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable customer retention strategies
  • strong understanding of customer journeys and customer lifecycle management
  • excellent presentation and reporting skills, with experience presenting to Board level executives
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
