- communicating updates of orders via telephone and email platform in accordance with company timescales & SLA’s
- dealing with delivery issues and liaising with delivery companies
- processing customer orders and dealing with extensive customer queries
- data inputting in accordance with company timescales & SLA’s
- assisting in necessary office administrative tasks
- liaising with business partners
- dealing with customer complaints
- assisting customers with troubleshooting fixing any system issues
Requirements
- great customer care ethos and customer service focus
- computer literate with experience using Microsoft programmes and email systems
- high-end organisational skills
- work ethic and willingness to work hard
- experience in a customer service/customer-facing role preferred
- customer service/phone: 3 years
