- responsible for the ‘after sales’ care of Smart Parking Limited’s client network and to assist with new clients
- to maintain and retain client relationships in order to help business growth for Smart Parking Limited. Parking Limited
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- to support the National Account Managers with organic growth as well as the ‘after sales’ care of the client network
- to support the sales team with the onboarding of new sites
- maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers either in person, via telephone calls and/or emails
- reviewing data/camera images to resolve queries
- create reports which are sent to clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
- account management: 3 years
- sales: 1 year
- understand the needs of the client and deal with queries in a suitable and efficient manner; keeping clients informed at all times of site decisions which impact on their business
