SMART MORTGAGES is looking for employees for positions:
- providing administrative support to our team of mortgage brokers
- completing and submitting Agreement in Principles and Full Mortgage Applications to mortgage lenders for our clients
- liaising with third parties such as lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to obtain case updates
- handling client enquiries via phone at any stage of the mortgage process
- proactively managing updates and liaising with Advisers/Clients to ensure first-class customer service
- A problem-solving attitude to avoid workflow delays
- excellent organisational skills

- previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial
