Responsibility

  • we have a fantastic opportunity at Response EPR/Smart Home Charge in the role of Electrical Supervisor
  • we understand we work in unique fields that may be new to some electricians
  • therefore, you will be supported in learning how the business operates
  • using our bespoke software to assess customer remote surveys and quote the job
  • assessing jobs and ensuring engineers are deployed to site in a timely manner
  • assist Operations in ensuring correct materials are ordered
  • assessing customer remote site surveys to ensure correct course of action taken
  • provide technical expertise and support for Customer Support team

Requirements

  • minimum 5 years’ experience working in domestic environments
  • sound understanding of layout and construction of residential properties
  • desire to become the company’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
  • experience in an office-based role is ideal but not essential
  • good computer skills
  • excellent communication skills over email and phone when speaking with engineers or potentially a customer if required
  • existing knowledge or experience in EV industry is desirable, but not essential
