Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • contact existing enquiries to qualify their requirements and book quote/survey visits for our surveyors
  • make sure surveyor dairies are fully booked and well organised
  • successfully complete all jobs in the time allocated
  • report to the office manager any issues which require further investigation
  • update our CRM system with call logs and appropriate customer notes
  • manage relationships with existing lead providers
  • research and develop relationships with new lead suppliers
  • coordinate and collate all information in the appropriate way to ensure jobs are dealt with effectively, allowing a smooth customer journey

Requirements

  • ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members
  • ability to work with in a team but also on own initiative
  • computer literacy on microsoft suite
  • ability to record data as per sales office procedures accurately, good filing and organisational skills
  • experience in handling confidential and time sensitive data
  • ability to take and action accurate phone messages promptly
  • excellent sales/customer relations background
  • ability to self motivate/motivate others
