Responsibility
- supporting our existing office sales team
- assisting in the quotation of reactive & planned works with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- completing tenders & ensuring they are submitted professionally & accurately
- responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries, dealing with the requests of our clients, in a professional, polite and timely manner
- proactively promoting the company’s services to new clients
- collating prices of products/labour/hire equipment, etc
- transferring all information into our IT system to produce top quality quotations
- supporting the call out team ‘out of hours’
Requirements
- experience in the industrial & automatic door industry would be beneficial but is not essential
- previous installation experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- excellent attention to detail & an ability to reflect the customers requirements
- excellent communication & organisational skills, with the ability to liaise with both suppliers and customers
- self motivated & effective time manager, able to work to tight deadlines & under pressure
- strong team player who is used to managing teams, trouble shooting problems and thinking laterally
- excellent computer skills
