the successful candidate will require excellent communication, organisational, I.T and administrative skills, along with excellent time management skills

monitor dental practice operations, records, billing practices, and patient care to identify potential compliance issues and take corrective actions as needed
develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure that all employees understand their compliance responsibilities and obligations
develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that includes policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with UK and ROI dental laws, regulations, and guidelines, such as the General Dental Council standards, NHS, CQC, RQIA, HSE, HTM0105 and Dental Council of Ireland requirements
serve as the main point of contact with regulatory agencies, such as the GDC and external auditors, regarding compliance matters
provide education and training to dental practice staff on compliance policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines specific to the UK and ROI dental industry
conduct thorough investigations of reported or suspected compliance violations, including allegations of fraud, abuse, and misconduct
maintain accurate and complete records of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and training. Prepare reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations for senior management and regulatory agencies as required
