- 2 - enter bills onto accounting software and obtain receipts from credit card holding managers
- organising records/files
- 3 - Do bank reconciliations
- communicating with families
- 4 - Actively follow up payments

- keeping the laundry room clean and tidy
- this role also involved some deep cleaning such as cleaning down wheelchairs, shampooing carpets and helping the regular housekeeper when required
