Responsibility

  • ensure the delivery of high standard of learning, development and care for children between 0-5 years old
  • manage the day to day activities of the setting
  • make sure that the setting is a safe environment for children, staff and others
  • overall day to day management of the preschool nursery
  • develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s learning and development
  • to be responsible for the efficient running of the preschool nursery and provision of high-quality service
  • be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Directors
  • to ensure that the preschool nursery provides a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times
