Responsibility
- the successful candidate will have exceptional organisation, communication and planning skills
- use the companies project management software to keep the entire team on track to deadlines and updates
- to ensure projects can be delivered on time, whilst working to tight deadlines and budgets
- you will report to the Director regularly with timely updates of all current projects
- planning resource and timings to suit ever-changing client requirements
- communicating to staff around all aspects of the project lifecycle
- communicating with clients on a regular basis via email, telephone and conference call, as well as face-to-face meetings as required
- communicating project briefs and scopes to the project teams
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will be familiar with platforms such as Wordpress and Shopify
- experience in the digital marketing field would be advantage
- experience using Canva for graphic design or similar software would be advantage
- an appreciation for attention-to-detail in all that you do and eye for design
- at least 1 years commercial experience
