liaising daily/weekly with the sales and production team on customer orders and production scheduling
creation of dispatch notes and labelling
arranging customer deliveries and pallet collections through our courier partners
tracking deliveries and updating customers
booking deliveries against purchase order system
communicating with customers and suppliers
general office administration duties, including updating spreadsheets, running reports and filing

previous experience in office administration role
ability to follow instruction and guidance from both external and internal sources
ability to work through finding solutions to customer requests
